LunarFest is a prominent cultural festival which introduces some of the most celebrated Asian artists and performers to Vancouver and Toronto audiences. Partnered with 2010 Winter Olympic, LunarFest needed a magazine that featured some of the key performances and exhibitions taking part during the festival, and I was brought on board to art direct and design this magazine. I wanted to honor the spirit of the festival, which was about celebrating diversity and promoting cultural understanding. I adapted a flexible layout template to accommodate different contents and to show variety. I also provided some digital illustrations for this magazine.
